After every in person session, there is an opportunity to immerse yourself in an ICED OUT Arran Whisky barrel and coached through the benefits with someone who holds a Diploma in Cold Water Therapy, attended the Wim Hof Summer Expedition in 2022 and started the Cold Water Therapy group 'Cold Seekers' on the Isle of Arran in Scotland.
